Interview with Josie Brandon featured on Life Success Stories.  She shares her personal experience with "Throwing In The Towel" clients.

What do you tell clients who want to throw in the towel and want to walk away from their business struggles?

That's a great question. I believe that every client has their own reference of pain and pleasure to their given business.  Many of them enjoy one aspects of their company, but despise other aspects of business ownership.  Most of the time they have a passion or a talent in a given area, but the rest of company ownership responsibility is overwhelming. From management of people to marketing.  They try to do it all and get burnt out.

If a client feels this way I often will immediately take the time to sit with them and discover if their business really has potential to turn the corner and make a comeback.  I have to tell you that 99% of the time, they can and do.

The key is in being willing to ask for help and being willing to be open to accepting advice/direction on how to change things that will benefit you.

Suffering in silence is such a big mistake.  Let people like me fill you with ideas and systems that will get you to rethink your business. 

So many times clients will think money is their primary limitation, but in reality their limitation is in their mindset of their business and in their business systems first.  The money will follow if these things are in place and will not follow if they are not in place.  It's that simple. 

How do you help clients see the bigger picture and get back into their companies with renewed focus?

Oh, many profound ways. The list is endless with systems, resources, networks, etc.  I help clients see the many ways that still exist for them to grow their business. I also help them immediately  implement them so they are not alone in the process.  Together as a team, we monitor and measure results, creating partnership in progress. 

It's an amazing, beautiful process that literally has transformed business owners lives. Many that were close into bankruptcy turn the corner into financial powerhouses. 

I love seeing that kind of transformation. It does exist and happens to those who seek answers and assistance.

I really respect business owners having the courage to step up and acknowledge the need for change and improvement in their company.  I open their eyes to ideas and systems that can enhance their lives and their profits dramatically.
